Why AC/DC and AC/Dubs were the most influential pop culture albums of 2015

Ac/DC’s The Thrillseekers made the list of top-selling pop music albums of the year.

The album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, also earned the band the distinction of being the first album in history to earn multiple #1 album charts on both the U.S. and Canadian albums charts.

The Thrills, which featured the band’s former frontman and vocalist Dave Grohl, was the first rock band to achieve a Top Ten chart debut.

AC/DM’s The Good, The Bad and The Ugly landed at No.”s No. 3 on the chart.

On the UG/Sgt. Pepper album chart, the song “Bad Boy” reached the top five.

ACD/AC/DUB’s “Don’t Look Back” reached No. 7.

The track peaked at No 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart.

In addition, the band received a nomination for Best Pop Performance at the 2015 Grammy Awards.
