Today, I am sharing with you another low carb dessert, made from the fruit of my choice, Jamaica pineapple.

This recipe is easy to prepare and makes great dessert for anyone.
Serve it with a smoothie or fruit dip, or just enjoy it with some fruit or yogurt.
